ceac still no update????? why?????

Hi everyone!! i just want to share about my status at NVC we send the AOS package and IV package to NVC last May 28, im wondering why until now the status in CEAC for AOS and IV package is still N/A is this normal or do i need to call NVC and ask them about this? anyone who has the same situation? i would love to hear it, thanks in advance.............

I got the same situation so I'm guessing it's normal, there is also one person who post the same question about it, and all the comment said it's always remain N/A even if the nvc receive the package.

i am also in the same situation with you ... nvc receive both of our packages last June 4, 2014 .. but until now it is still N/A status in CEAC... my husband just got hold with the NVC personnel yesterday and they said try to call again after july 4th...
