Is Marriage party attended by few people problem for spouse visa?

Hi vj friends,

My Marriage Party attended only by 20 peoples.

Why? Because this is our second marriage. Both of us happy but also sad because our first marriage did not go long. It is very hard to my

parents they had to do my second marriage. I think nobody want this. It was also very hard for me to take this decision. My first love is no more (My previous husband). I can never forget him.It is also truth that we can not live alone. So we had

to take dicision to do second marriage for live life.

My husband was alone and I was also alone.

when we meet each other decide to marry

each other.He said I had enjoy my first marriage party and u also and this is not age to enjoy this. So this is our requirment. I want a simple marriage. So there is only 20 people in my marriage party. My parents, brothers,

sisters,cousins,sister-in laws only. From my father -in-laws-family, only attended husbands friends. No any more.

So what u think friends, with this number in marriage party, Can there be a problem for spouse visa. Have any experience?

That is not the case at all... Embassy People understands it (you believe it or but they do). The main concern they have, this is not a marriage to get immigration benefits

Rest is all up to you to prove that your marriage is a valid one and you have on-going relationship before marriage (talk, chat, emails, .... etc together)

I believe that you are in India and hubby is going to apply for you.

Now, you are married, please keep all the on-going relationships proofs... like cards exchanges, emails, phone records (you may have to change your phone company who can provide you a paper bill), chats records, pictures together before marriage, during marriage, after marriage... (Marriage can not be simple, there must be proof that it has happened and number of people has attended it).

I totally agree with deep 2009.I am an indian, belongs from skin religion ,my second marriage was attended by only 4 ,5 people my blood relation people only.

same question I asked Deep and the same he had advised me like you and i am through now.stay connected with Deep 2009 he will give you right advise.And don't worry just keep ready all documents which will prove your relationship genuine and you will not get any trouble.Good Luck.

Yes I have a proof of mariage like Marriage album, some photos of together after marriage, but no any photo before marriage. lot of money reciepts, letters, birthday card to send each other. phone records, aut insurance, life inturance together, babk account etc. But I have marriage party bell attended only by 20 peoples. So I wanted to make sure if there is problem with this.

I had about 15 people at mine and it wasn't a problem. I just included a few pictures of them with my husband and I and our I-130 was approved with no RFE.

We did not have any guests at our wedding. Our roommate was the only person there, as the photographer. We did include photos of us with our families and friends over the years in the petition as evidence, however. Definitely don't worry about having a small amount of guests.
