Hello, yesterday was my interview, I saw interviewer gave a red mark on the # 8 question on my I-130 form where we supposed to write both of our marriage date and place and we wrote, the date of our marriage & the city n country of our marriage (Bangladesh). Now after my interview I got a blue sheet the Of-194 where they asked me for address history for husband and wife.

What is it? My husband came to my country with his parents and got married with me and stayed only 5 days. He came back again 8 months later to see me for 7 days. Every time he came to Bangladesh we stayed in hotel or my parents house. and we got married in a community center.

So what will be address history for husband and wife of us?

Okay that's the refusal worksheet but on the instructions what do they ask as far as the address history? You are asking us but didn't the embassy instruct him that they want a certain time frame like from 16 to present or what did they say?

If he doesn't know you need to be contacting the embassy to get clarity. And be sure to ask when is the timeline to get this information back to them.

Were you there at interview? Do you have the refusal sheet? Can you scan redacting the personal information so we can deduce what is requested?

Let me see if I got it right.

- So you (the wife) went on interview yesterday

- You got a blue sheet asking about address history for yourself and your husband

- And your question is more like what is the meaning of address history?

As for your marriage and how it went, that's the similar case for most of the arranged marriages, isn't it :-)

I think for us to answer it would take little bit more information (don't disclose any personal information in any thread please) on what your husband submitted. Few things you can do is, find out what did your husband submitted as proof of a bonafide marriage. Also, I am hoping you know what your husband put for the question # 8? If you have a copy of what he submitted, I am sure you know what it is. Is it something vague? If yes, then may be the answer raised more questions.

So do let us know if you know what's was written for # 8. What you may also ask your husband to start looking at (if he hasn't already) the the proofs of his travel, ticket stub, the hotel receipts, pictures from various times, where he stays in USA (at least past 5 years) and where you stayed, as long as you remember and etc. It would be easier for us to give more clear answer if we know what he submitted as proof.

Also if you are not clear about the question, your husband can call the embassy and ask for clarity. That would be a better thing for him to start with.

Good luck

Sounds as though they're asking for the addresses where each of lived for the past 5 years. But, that should have been addressed on the G-325 as well as on the DS 260. They don't ask for previous addresses on the I-130.

As for question 8 - as you said, date and place of marriage - as per your marriage certificate.
