Not enough space on G-325a

Hey guys,

Some of my work history and residences fit on the form but I still need more room...do I just write 'see attachment' and write a seperate sheet for all the information or include some of it on the form?

Also, for the Employer's address, is a p.o. box (mailing address) ok or do they want the physical location?

In my case, I wrote all the information of work history and addresses in a separate sheet as an attachment/supplement, and simply wrote on the form "see attachment". Don't forget to indicate the Part and Item number to which your answer refers to, and date and sign all attachments.

For the employer's address, I think either way is acceptable. But I would write the physical address, if I were you, just to match your address/ residence as well.

For any response that will not fit in the form space, attach a separate sheet with the information required. Indicate in the form space that the sheet is attached and indicate on the sheet what item number from the form the response is for.

For the addresses, you don't have to put the complete street address, you can put just the city/state and that will be fine. I was able to put all my past jobs on one line each.
