I can see we're getting anxious here...so, here is what we're submitting:

Form I-551 (front and back)

Form I-751

US passport to prove US citizenship of petitioner

fee for $590

copy of marriage certificate

G-1145

Joint tax transcripts for both of us as married filing separate in 2012, while married filing joint in 2013

copy of refund check from state income tax for 2013

Proof of residence:

Copy of utility bills on both of our names and to our address paid from our joint bank account

Copy of TV/internet bill on husbands name but on our address and paid from our joint bank account

copy of lease agreement from 2012-current

copy of letter from landlord verifying that we've been living at his apartment (we didn't get our lease agreement renewed after our first year lease expired. He simply just never renewed it on us, hence we asked him to write this letter to prove that we're still there. We're on a month-to-month lease now)

copy of address change online at DMV website

copy of renter's insurance bill on both of our names and to our address also paid from our joint bank account

Financial documents to show joint accounts/benefits:

copy of checking and saving account bank statements from 2012 to current

copy of car insurance bill/card from 2012 on our names and address (also paid from our joint account)

copy of beneficiary statement for each other's retirement account

Affidavits and photographs:

4 affidavits by four separate people verifying our relationship

We wrote a note that we don't have joint health insurance as one of us is studying and the student health insurance plan, although allows dependents/spouses to be added, it is financially not worth for us to do that, so we have separate insurance plan.

Anything else, you guys can think of that might help?

We will submit to the CSC on September 6, 2014.

Good luck everyone! Don't look at the other people's processing times...we'll whoosh by...we're the September winners! ;)

All the best!

G-1145

The form G-1145 is not required since you are filing your I-751 at a USCIS service center not a lockbox facility!

Good luck to you :)

Thanks happy chic...unfortunately we don't have credit cards at all, and we hate shopping soo much that we have no any type of store cards either...>.< But thank you for the ideas though!!!! I appreciate them! :)

We have the retirement stuff as beneficiaries for each other...

Do you have joint credit cards and/or cards with the other as authorized user? Any retirement or brokerage accounts with the other as beneficiary? Your list looks solid already but maybe try adding one or two more evidences of financial co-mingling if you come up with something new. Best of luck!
