Finally I will be starting my documents for AOS,AP and EAD today so just wanted to know if we need to send any other documents except the form and money.

Yes, way more than those you mentioned. Check out the VJ guide in assembling an AOS packet: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

Do note that since AOS, EAD and AP are separate applications and as such, will be processed separately, you have to add in duplicates of some forms, and a total of 6 pictures.

You need to send in the required documents for EACH application.
