Hi, so the situation is that we got our noa2 on the 18th of april and we have not heard anything from the people ever since then. We have called the nvc several times trying to find out whether they received the petition yet or not and they never have. my fiance called yet again today and they told him how it should already be at the nvc and they told him to scan the noa2 and mail it to them so they can "investigate", but ive sent them an email before and it took them almost a month to even respond lol...has anything like this ever happened to any of u? what could have happened to your petition...im worried and dont know what to do. would there be a way to try and contact the CSC to see whats going on with it? what do u guys suggest?

Not to me, but I remember a few cases on here about 1.5 years ago where this happened.... makes you wonder if a box of cases fell off a truck or something.

Unfortunately there is little you can do except what they suggested with scanning the NOA 2. Once it hits 2 months, maybe get your Senator involved.

It can take up to 8 weeks for the NVC to receive the case file from CSC. We waited 5 weeks for them to receive our case. Just be patient and call every day to see if they have your case yet. I'm sure you will know soon that they have it.
