Howdy!

I am such a total newbie and I need all the help I can get.

I really need to submit my I-129F application as soon as possible, I want to know if I need to mail all of the other documents now with my application?

I am talking about; Cover letter, Fiance Letter of Intent, forms G-325A (for both of us), supporting documents (pictures, flight tickets, proof of US citizenship) all at the same time??

I want my fiance to spend this Christmas here with me and I am getting overwhelmed by all these documents at the initial process..

Thanks

Yes, those are the requirements in filing for an I-129f and you need to submit everything all at once. Check out the VJ guide in assembling an I-129f packet: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Petition filing to K-1 visa issuance timeline varies, and there is no absolutely certainty that your fiance will be able to arrive in US in 6 months. Initial notice to final notice of approval has an approximate processing time of 5 months, could be faster or longer. But your files still need to go through NVC and then to the embassy, the latter phase includes having a medical exam and then, interview.

What you can do is to avoid further delay, which means make sure your initial petition files include all requirements so uscis won't ask for more documents or evidence of relationship (RFE).
