Hi, So after finally being approved. We completed the DHL and still have nothing back.. we were approve on 05/16 and complete the form online on the 05/19 making tomorrow two weeks? How long does it take to receive Visa and passport back? Is there some where I can go to check up on this? Where do I go to see if we have an AP hold? We set it for him to pick it up in kingston?

AP can take few days to 10 wks (usually not so long)

the DHL site eill show when PP is ready for pick up.

You type the case number and you can see the status.

We were approved on April 30, 2014 and we still don't have it either...we are really upset and we don't know what to do either, and we've only gotten one update on the CEAC website, did you check it yet?

Hey thanks for responding.... i check that website and it says issued 05/30/14 but when i check dhl... its not say nothing...

It takes 5 business days for DHL to pick up and issue waybill numer, you should have it by Friday to pick up.
