Hi all i received my IL today it will be on last week of july at USEM manila. Is it possible that we can re sched earlier? Do they ask for a valid reason? Anyway my PD is dec2011. It should have been finish many many months ago. Some of 2012 PD are reunited with their family already, and here i am 2011pd still here.

You can try but there's no guarantee given that USEM is quite congested now, appointments are fully booked.

IMO, stay with your original schedule. Good luck and congrats!

I know it's painful to think that this should have been done many months ago but you are almost there. As for rescheduling, I wouldn't suggest it. I tried it and the amount of trouble it took and the fact that I almost screwed it up was not worth the extra a few weeks it would saved me.

I suggest taking the extra time to make sure you got everything you need for the interview. Good luck.

Many have rescheduled their interviews, me too did it as well. But I suggest you do your medical first and have it cleared before rescheduling. Make sure also that all docs you need for the interview are on hand already.. :)

My original interview was April 22, I resched it to March 24. But since I needed to do the sputum test and wait 2 months, both schedules were cancelled.

2013-08-03 : USCIS Status - At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case // 2013-08-07 : USCIS Status - Request for Evidence // 2013-08-09 : Hubby received the RFE letter // 2013-08-12 : Mailed the response to the RFE // 2013-08-14 : USCIS Status - Request for Evidence Response Review

2013-09-03 : USCIS Status - APPROVED (NOA2)

2013-09-06 : Hubby received NOA2 hardcopy // 2013-10-15 : Case number & IIN assigned by NVC; Received AOS fee invoice // 2013-10-17 : Submitted DS-261; Paid AOS fee // 2013-10-28 : Sent AOS package // 2013-10-29 : Received IV fee invoice; Paid IV fee // 2013-10-30 : AOS package delivered // 2013-10-31 : Sent IV package2013-11-02 ; Submitted DS-260 // 2013-11-30 : Received AOS checklist // 2014-01-06 : NVC received response to checklist

2014-01-24 : Case Completed! ^___^
