Forgot to include payment for I-129F form

Hello,

My Fiance forgot to include payment in our initial I-129F form. Although he tried to retrieve it before delivery, it was not successful.

Now it has been delivered, I want to know how long we have to wait to get back our package and what will be the state of the package when it comes back.

I imagine you would get it back within a few weeks. As for what it will look like when you get it back, no idea, but whoever opens it will have only looked for a few key pieces, the check being the most important thing. When they don't see that, they will send it back with a letter as to why. It will probably come back looking the way you sent it, but I would definitely double check everything before you send it back in with the payment.

They will reject the package and send it back to you. The pages will probably have some scan marks on them, but you can just send them back as is, with the payment. It might take up to a month to get it back; I think they send it back on book rate or some other slow mail delivery system.
