Is this child immigrating to the U.S. with you? if i answer NO i'm getting the next question
Is this child immigrating to the U.S. at a later date to join you?

Others can chime in, but I think it is best to answer YES to the first question that your child will be immigrating with you. They will be able to figure it out when you enter info and passport details for your child or during the interview that the child will not need a visa.

I actually think the answer is "NO" for the same reason. They'll figure it out. A US Citizen isn't immigrating, he/she is just moving. It's a tricky question, but I suspect that if you answer "YES" they'll expect an AOS and IV form for the child as well, and you don't need one.

You've swayed me now. I think "no" to both makes sense.
