Annulment query fast and less expensive process in Manila

Hi i'm newbie here. I wish i could find someone here who can give me a piece of advice regarding Annulment of Marriage. I want to annul my previous marriage in the grounds of psychological incapacity. I already made inquiries to some lawyers in Manila and i considered Atty Orlando C. Dy as one of the top contender in my shortlist. However, i still have some concerns and doubts that i need to address properly before making any decision . I need to seek more inputs and ideas here whether or not to hire Atty Dy. Hopefully somebody from here heard or acquainted to Atty. Orlando C. Dy and shares their experiences working with him. or maybe recommend other lawyers who can surely help me in my case . Thanks in advance i really appreciate your time spared reading my concerns . When we were contemplating an annulment my wife went to her local court house and befriended someone there and asked some questions. Not to take up her time she found out when her brake was and if she could bring some treats for her and her friends. It was a small price to pay for inside information. They were happy to help.

You want to know who has the best success, who is reasonably priced, who works well with their clients and who can do the annulment in a reasonable time frame.

The above poster has a good idea. Whatever you choose to do ask around and find out who is good and who is not. Best source of information is from those who have done this already. Also, when you do decide on an attorney you might not want to tell him/her right away that you have a westerner involved as this might cause the price to go up...

Hi , atty.Orlandy C. DY wa my laywer too. He processed my annullment way back 2011,200k all in bu make sure u will have ur decree to avoid another fee..In my case decision and finality lang ang pinasok nya sa NSO .to avoid paying him again for the decree i did it by myself.. its takes too long for me to know dapt my decree pa.he doesnt tell anyhing about pati yung sec.Baby nya.

Thanks for the information killmewidursmile!!! its a really a big help for me. How long Atty. Orlando C. Dy processed your annulment ? Is it true Atty Dy can do it fast ?(He promised me he can do it faster ). Have you signed any Legal Service Agreement (LSA) with him stated all these documents you said needed for the NSO ? Because, Atty Dy told me before i enter or proceed to the annulment proper i will sign an LSA . So there is a undisclosed information(Annulment decree) in relation to your annulment process. i knew how frustrating it to you the fact that you paid 200k for the annulment package, all in right ? Therefore, your deserved a fair, honest, transparent transaction and no hidden agenda or anything for you to pay another fee just to have your annulment decree, It should be included . Anyway that's a way of life let's charge to it to experience. Can i ask one more favor to you ? Can you still recommend Atty Orlando C. Dy to be my lawyer ? And, if ever i will i go through the annulment process with him i will make it sure that the annulment decree you said be included on LSA prior to signing.

I really appreciated your effort for giving informative feedbacks with my concerns truly, i learned so much.

DY as my lawyer..mabilis ba talaga ang processes nya?? 8mons to 1 yr lang ang sabi nyang hintay in ko eh.ngayon nasa UAE ako at 8MONS BEFORE ako uwi sabi ni Atty. DY MAG FILE na daw ako.do I need to do this?? Or mas maganda kung nasa pinas Na ako sa ka ako mag file..gusto ko ang offer nya kaso naguguluhan ako.baka mag Karon ng problema Di ako makakagalaw dahil ako sa ibang bansa. .Pls pls give me some advice. Legit naman si atty.dy kso alam mo nman d2 sa pinas taking advantage the situation always present

I can recommend you to my Auntie. She is a family lawyer and notary public from Quezon City, you can check out her office at murphy cubao, near baranggay socorro. She handled most of annulment cases successfully. I know it because I worked for her prepare some documents before my husband took me here in Hawaii. I can guarantee you she is really good and cheap
