I looked at the sample DS260 and noticed it had a

Couldnt u just tick the No on it?

Do you have an address in the United States where you intend to live? (Yes)(No)

That one you can tick no

But they want an address where they can send the green card. It's a different question. (Unless they have changed the form from last year.)

In the old days of paper forms you could leave that blank and give them an address at the interview. I'm not sure if it will allow electronic submissions if an answer is blank.

yes of course it is not possible to rent a PO.box without first having at least 2 IDs for verification with USPS.

if it was possible from outside USA, i would never bother to make such an easy question :(

even most of the virtual services require your PHYSICAL address before giving you a vitual one.

i'm looking after a simple and possible solution, it shouldn't be something impossible.

If you are really really desprate for an adress ! Than put the adress of your home country embassy in the USA !

That should work because they are there to help their citizens :)
