Hey everyone, I'm new here, and just getting started with the K-1 process. It seems fairly straightforward except for a couple questions I had.

My fiance is American and lives in Indiana. We attended the same college in Indiana, and are now engaged. I am about to graduate and head home to Canada(I am a Canadian citizen) for a year to work, etc. while she finishes up school and graduates next May. We will be getting married June 2015. She will be submitting the I-129F form shortly after I leave to get the process started. I have two questions regarding this form that I am hoping someone here can answer:

First, Question #28 on the I-129F is "Address where your fiance intends to live". We do not have a house or an apartment or anything. She is still living at home but we will be moving as soon as we are married, as I am sure is the case with many people who go through this process. How then am I expected to know where we will be living 14 months from now? Is it an important part of the process or should I just put her parents address down here?

Secondly, on the G-325A (biographical information) where I am supposed to list everywhere I have lived over the past five years. I have been going back and forth to school for the past 4 years, spending 2 of the summers at home in canada and one summer in Maryland. the rest of the year I live in residence at the school. Am I expected to put each of those moves down or would summers at home be simply considered a summer vacation and my residence never actually changed?

Just put an address where she's living now. Also listed places where you were lived permanently according to your ID. If only a few months I don't think would be considered as a permanent residence. I had several job assignments from work for a few months to different places before came back to the place where I lived and only listed my permanent residencies on my G-325A.

Thank you! One other question, I am having trouble finding a definite answer on exactly where I am supposed to send the package to? Is there one location for these or does it depend on where you live? I have seen both answers.

The 2 address options depend only on the type of courier service you use: USPS or others.
