My fiancee had interview they are asking for additional documents. can i send those directly to embassy?

No. Your fiancee was given a 221g requesting these documents? In that letter are the instructions for sending those documents to the embassy and it involves using 2GO

i cant find an email or fax number to send evidence of sustained income

If you have received the 221(g) requesting additional documents you are required to follow the instructions including the means to which you return the documents to them. The process is simple, but be sure to following the instructions closely so as not to generate another 221(g). The return of the documents is usually done through 2go and at no charge to you. Further instructions will be at the bottom of that letter. This 221(g) will delay your process so move as quickly as possible to return the requested documents back to USEM.

We received a 221(g) and returned the information the next day after receiving the letter from USEM with the required documents. Two weeks later we had our visa in hand.

Good luck.

she didnt recieve a 221g form but they sent her a submission slip for 2go branch and email asking for evidence of sustained income which ive emailed to her. does she have to have a 221g form?

The email from the embassy asking for income evidence is the 221g, and she has the submission slip for 2GO - that is used to send the requested documents to the embassy.

221g is not a form, it is a classification

She should be able to take the documents and the submission form to any 2GO branch for delivery to the embassy. Having an issue with the branch near her maybe a call to 2GO main office would correct that. 2GO does not want issues with USEM ... ;)

It seems that there has been a change on how you are notified of a pending "221g" which is now being referred to as a "submission slip". I would make a copy of everything that you send back to them and including the submission slip and your evidence. Follow the instructions for returning through 2go that may be contained in the email.

USEM has been using the email process for over a year now with the 221g (submission slip).

For sure make copies for your personal records.

Include a copy of the letter/email from USEM when returning the requested documents through 2GO
