Hey I have decided to apply. I am putting together proof of a bonafide relationship. My Turkish fiance and I, the USC met in early 2011, I was in the US, he in Canada. I moved to Turkey in the summer of 2011 and went to visit him in Canada during a trip to the US in Feb 2012. He came back to Turkey earlier this year so now I can see him more. As proof I am submitting 4 yahoo messenger chat transcripts from 2011 and 2012, my delta itinerary from my visit to Canada in 2012, skype call transcripts from my computer to phones from December 2013 to Feb, 2014 (I will highlight his phone numbers) and skype call and chat transcripts between our skype accounts for the past 6 months (I had to paste it in word because I cannot figure out how to export it) as well as 2 or 3 photos from our engagement party in 2012 and 2 photos from this year (I can always get more). Is this enough proof?

Copy of airline tickets, boarding pass, visa stamp.

if you have a ring receipt you may also include the copy.

I never saved the airline ticket and boarding pass. However my itinerary was printed out from Delta.com and has the eticket number and my name as well as the flight info and my skymiles number. I can also photocopy the visa stamp in my passport if I need to.

You can send the copy of visa stamp. Anyways, the photos are the strong proof tho.

The yahoo chat transcripts are quite flirty and romantic too, lot's of I love yous etc.

I wish I had saved a lot of that stuff, I never realized I would need it in the future.

Here is a list of good Evidence for you for some suggestions..... to be honest with you the chats are really not needed unless you have such little evidence to show that you are unable to show sufficient amount of proof.

-Copy of Airlines Tickets from you and the Beneficiary

-Visa Stamps from you and the beneficiary

- I recommend 10+ Photos of both of you together, I personally provided 40 photos (Make sure you write both your full names on the back of each one, the date the picture was taken, where the picture was taken) but as long as you have a few photos to provide, then that makes all the difference.... you want a lot of pictures when she goes for her interview to prove to the officer you are in a committed relationship, so if not many photos now, prepare and prep for more when she goes to that step.

-Copy of Airline Itineraries

-Copy of Phone Call Bill (You can print these offline to show you have called your fiance on a regular basis)

-Copy of Receipts for gifts you have sent them

-Copy of Engagement Ring Receipt and also if you would like take a picture of her wearing the ring (Not needed but good idea)

-Copy of letters you have written back and forth via mail (Make sure it includes the postal service date on it which would mean you should photocopy the front of the envelope)

-A written up letter stating that you affirm that you are in a on-going relationship with your fiance since (Date goes here) and have you and your fiance sign it with original signatures (Also what I did is I had my parents sign the letter as well as her parents for additional confirmation that they are a witness to us being in a relationship) You can state whatever you would like in the letter, but just be sure to state the important facts.

-Receipts given such as train tickets/Bus Tickets Etc. etc. from when you and/or her used when visiting

-Copy of your bank statement showing that you Purchased the airline ticket

These are all examples of good proof for you. I have used many of them and if in doubt if it is good or not, it doesn't hurt to provide as much evidence as you would like to prove your involvement with your fiance :)

If I'm reading your statement correctly then you the USC are a resident in Turkey where your finance currently resides. For the I-129F all you need to do is prove that you have met in the last 2 years the Bonafide part comes at the interview in Turkey for him. If he is living with you (or you with him) in Turkey then proof of a bill or even a letter addressed to him and you at the shared address as well as one or more pictures of the two of you together at an unmistakable turkish landmark should do. Ticket stubs with dates and times and your names on them for things in Turkey would be great! Go see a movie, take pictures of you and he in front of the movie house together holding the ticket stubs that have a recent date.. All valid stuff... BUT... if you are both residing in Turkey then you will have a bigger obstacle to get over. That is at interview time for him there will be the question related to the I-134 affidavid of support. 1) You must be able to show intent to have or establish domicile in the USA and 2) You must have US sourced income or suitable assets to support him. I believe 125% of Federal poverty level for the intended household size (at least you and him = 2).

-

If you have no immediate plans to move to the USA then you can marry in Turkey or if you want to Marry in the USA while remaining resident in Turkey then he'd need a tourist Visa to the USA. In that case he would enter the USA on a tourist visa, Marry you and then return to Turkey. Perfectly valid although saying at the POE that his intention for entering the USA is to Marry you will probably throw him into secondary inspection where he'll have to show (prove) that his intent is to return to Turkey.
