Can i take my wallet into the embassy?

Done some googling but the results are from years ago - I know you aren't allowed to take a lot of items into the embassy but are you allowed to take your wallet containing bank cards and id? Or do you have to check all of that into Gould's too and only take into the embassy cash and coins?

Yea you can bring wallet inside consulate, heck i even bring a lighter and cigerettes inside.

Wallet is no problem. Only electronic devices and obviously dangerous things like sharp objects are prohibited.

I've read that guide many times, maybe it would be a good idea to put the updates in the main body. Apologies for missing that part, no need for the bitchy reply though.
