I did a service request last week. I got no answers but it may helped. Also, my local office may be slow too, who knows???

EAD/AP - Approved in 151 days


May 2014 - PD current

May 23rd 2014 - AOS package, AP and EAD for my wife and I

May 28th, 2014 - NOA1

June 27th, 2014 - Biometrics completed. Buffalo NY

July 7, 2014 - RFE for I485
Aug 7, 2014 RFE replied. Delivered byUSPS and received on Aug 8th, 2014

Oct 20th, 2014 - Moved to Testing and Interview

Oct 21st, 2014 - EAD production ordered :dancing:

Oct 22, 2014 - Notice of AP approval

Oct 24, 2104 - Interview notice - December 1st, 2014

Oct 27, 2014 - EAD mailed out

Oct 28, 2014 - EAD received

Dec 1st, 2014 - Interview day - no decision at interview

Dec 1st, 2014 - Evening, 485 changes to APPROVED. Concurrent I601 waiver also approved. Welcome letter mailed.

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do I go to that website. Once you get your noa1 it will give you a case number. You can create an account, and log in, and get the updates. I hope

We mailed our package 5/5, it was received 5/7, and we got the NOA1 5/12. The check got cashed, too!

Congrats Yellow2, they approved your EAD after service request. The last time I posted a comment, that USCIS needs people to call often or request case inquiry, someone responded that I was wrong, but on my case it worked.

Well, they didn't exactly open a service request since I had an RFE from August 8th, they told me they had 90 days (Nov 8th) to process and I was in the normal processing time, although - I don't doubt you are right. They need a polite nudge once awhile

Definitely AmericanLife is next , I pray for that.after 105 days on Testing&Interview I thought I'll never get my interview,but seems like office was just very slow.I have called 2 times.Hope everybody here get their approvals.

hi everyone , I just want to update my interview. The interview was on last Friday , it went very well the IO was very nice the interview was taking about 40 mins , the IO spent around 15 mins went through all the I 485 YES and NO questions with me. Then IO asked my husband like "how we met? " what's his job? all very simple questions , she took our joint bank account , phone bill , marriage certificate , and she took our " original " joint account check which I think it's very strange she has X on the check. then she took 4 of our photos from our photo album and she asked if she can have original to put in my file. Just want to remind you guys that please make sure you have all your photo on the album so IO can review those page by page as she told me it's the better way and also gave the IO the easy way to review those pictures. At the end she told us everything looks good ,but she cant make a decision now and we should get the decision in the mail in 30 days. I know some of ppl they got the approval notice the same day of their interview ,but I didn't.

As we have got married for over 2 years , so I will get the 10 years GC. not the conditional one.

AUG 17, 2014 EAD in production

Aug 18 , 2014 Mail the RFE to USCIS ( Nebraska Service Center)


Aug 21 , 2014 USCIS E-MAIL , Text received for RFE review

Sept 3, 2014 case moved to "TESTING AND INTERVIEW"
