Hello everyone.

I am looking and cannot seem to find what comes next after your spouse arrives in the US on a CR-1 Visa.

We do not need AoS and all that entails. We are simply waiting for green card, as her SSN has already arrived. IS there anything to do until 90 days before the green card expires?

CR-1 Specific please.

Just enjoy your life and start living. She's got nothing she has to do until the removal of conditions comes up.

You should nothing to do except wait for your green card. Assuming you already paid for the $165 Immigrant Visa fee on ELIS....which you paid already right?

The website should give you a status on your green card. You can also call USCIS for a status, but the reps can't tell you too much other than if it's currently processing, or being mailed out.

Thanks for the replies folks. I logged in to the website and I see the payment was processed on the 5th of April. The problem is, still no green card. Also, we received the SS Card but it was addressed to the wrong address. Anyone know where I can double check that information...

They have 4120 instead of 4160 on the addy.

Temporary green card expires in 1 year from entry not in 90 days.

You can fix your address via the ELIS site and calling the USCIS.

What does your ELIS say?
