Quick Question on what needs to be taken to interview in London.

I have sent my first package to my Lady in the UK. I think she has all she needs but. Do I need to send her the original Divorce decrees for her to take to her interview when it is scheduled. That is the one thing I did not send There are copies in the 129f. But does she have to have the originals.

For a London interview, she needs nothing from the US fiancé except the I-134 and two proofs of income (your choice). One would do it, but a second one is a backup.

I-129 packet

NOA2

Proof of relationship

Proof engagement

Photographs together

Birth certificate from USC

DIvorce decree of USC

She will need original or certified copies of her UK documents...her birth...her divorce...etc as well as a photocopy of them for the file.

Thank you very much. This helps greatly. She has her Medical Appt 7 May and her 129f package is in transit to the UK. SO we are on our way.

You have named four proofs. Those are suggestions, not a required list. Other proofs are Social Security statement, Pension check or statement, lists of stocks and values, investment account statements...Anything that proves current income or assets in lieu of income. (Not everybody has a job. Some are retired. Some have mega savings,) Pick two good ones and London will be happy.
