Hello Everybody

i recently received my appointment for fingers prints along with that came and rfe requires me to have a co sponsor

due to low income of my spouse my question is

i have a potential co sponsor but his tax returns are very messed up

2011 income was - 400,000$ ( due to wining in professional poker )

2012 - 15,000$

and 2013 - about 17,000$ he is currently married house hold of two plus me

i believe the minimum, requirement is 25,000 in my case which 2012 and 2013 show much lower while huge incomeon 2011

is he eligblie to be my sponsor

thank you for your answers

I believe current income is what matters the most to USCIS.

I am afraid you will need other co-sponsor

and i have another option

he is a young 24 y/o friend who recently got married and already sponsor his wife

his generated income for 2013 was 27,000usd he did not yet paid all tax's owed for this period

his 2012 and 2011 are about 15,000usd each

would that be sufficient?
