Hi, I'm really stuck on this:

1) On part 1 question 11.a. I'm confused if they want my ex wife's maiden name, or last name before we married? The g-325a is specific about maiden name, but I-129f doesn't specify.

2) My fiancé's mailing address is too long to fit in the tiny box. Should I squeeze it in with two lines of text in the box, or just make another supplemental sheet.

3) Part 1 question 13; if I've checked 13.a, is it necessary to also check no on 13.d?

Any advice would be so much appreciated. Thank you!

2. You can also handwrite her address (if that will help to make it fit), or you can attach a supplement.
