The USCIS official adjudicating your application will make a determination on the information available to them. This can include the documents that you have submitted, as well as any information you provide at an interview, or potentially made available to them from other means. The basis on which they make their determination is separate from whether the information is obtained under oath/affirmation. The purpose of the oath/affirmation is to try to ensure that the information provided at an interview is accurate, not whether it can be used as part of the decision making process.

Have you resubmitted your AOS or are you appealing through the Ombudsman's Office?

I wasn't sworn in for my second interview, but did not see this as carte blanche to provide false answers.

As has been discussed here previously, your case stands zero chance of being approved because you weren't qualified to file the application in the first place. Accept the denial (it's a certainty), re-file, and move on.
