The site says to call if my date range has passed, which it has, or the normal processing times have passed (which have not). Should I call now? Also I read that a tier 2 is who you want to speak with, if I do call how do you get them? Just say "I need to speak to a tier 2 agent"?

No, don't call. VJ is not affiliated with USCIS. The (unfortunate) processing time according to USCIS is 5 months and you really have no recourse before then. Trust me :( If there was something I could do, I would. My timeline estimate date has changed constantly (and most of the time I have been past the estimated date) on VJ and it is affected by different factors. It is only meant to give you an idea based off of data entered here.

That all being said, it looks like your timeline shows you at the California Service Center and according to Igor's List on here they are processing very quickly. I see lots of February and even March filers getting their NOA 2s. You are lucky to be there! I wish we were. Hang tight! I am willing to bet yours will arrive sooner rather than later.

Stay positive!

I look at my VJ timeline just for fun. The anticipated date of adjudication is rarely correct.

Wait until your application has hit the 5-month mark (from the day they acknowledge your application NOA1) then call. I sincerely hope all of us will get approved before that.
