Hello everybody

I'm planing to bring my mother and father to visit me and my chlidren in USA

I'm staying home mom , never worked ,I don't have any income. my husband who is going to pay all the expenses for their trip , what we should do to make easier and increase their chances to get their visas

is there any paper work besdides what they ask could we provide it to them to help them get the visa ?should I have a bank account here and how much money we should have in it ? should they have an bank's account there and how much money should have in it?

should I fill the forms for them because they don't write and read ? can I pay the fees from here and how?

I hope somebody answer my questions.

Is it true that for the parents the chances are higher to get the visa then the siblings?

Actually, you don't bring anyone to the US - they must apply, on their own, and qualify on their own. Adding money to a newly opened bank account will not improve their chances of getting a tourist visa, because it will be painfully obvious that somebody was trying to paint a picture of financial health and stability that does not exist. They must convince a CO that they have more reasons to return to Morocco than to stay put in the US.....and, that they will not engage in any form of employment while visiting. If, as it sounds, they currently do not have a bank account, that appears to suggest that they are far from being well off...which could work against them. No letter you can write can overcome the presumption of immigrant intent ... no letter from anyone can do that job. While you may pay for their application, and perhaps their airline tickets, all of that information makes it look like they have no overwhelming economic reasons to return to Morocco....what will they say as to why they would?

As to whether siblings or parents have an easier (or harder) time getting visas, well, it just depends.

Much better if they fund their own trip.

Hi,

You cannot "bring" your parents to the US to visit. They apply for visitor visas based on their own situations.

You having a bank account is irrelevant since you are not applying for visitor visa and your money is not part of the consideration for visitor visas for other people.

Creating a bank account for them and putting money into it is not going to help. It will look like "fraud" as they are trying to trick the US Embassy into thinking they have more money than they actually have. NO temporary money in the bank to be returned after getting the visas - classis fraud.

You can fill out the forms for them. Look at the website for the US Embassy in their country to see how to apply for the visas and pay the fees.

No way to tell you if it is easier for parents to get visas than siblings - it depends on their personal circumstances.

There is nothing that you or your spouse can do to help your parents with their applications (other than filing out the applications and paying the fees). You cannot change their circumstances. Your financial situation does not matter.

Best of luck.

Hey zeyenp

Just apply for them from here and have them pay the consulate fees.

I just applied for my parents and they had no bank account with them, they just went there and they told the lady there that we wanna go see our son this summer during Ramadan, and she approved their visa, this happened just 2 days ago(last Monday 04/14/14)

The only thing you'll need is an invitation from you and your husband that you will take care of their travel expenses. And you're inviting them to come see you.

If you need the invitation send me a message in private and ill email it to you.

Good luck lah iwafe9
