Responding to RFE?

I got RFE today askinging for photos and form G325A (already submitted but will submit again) my question is can I include other documents in my response?

One day after I filed I129F my I130 RFE was issued. Now that I know my I130 is being worked on I'm no longer interested in K3 visa. Can I include a letter requesting to withdraw my I129F petition with my response to the RFE? Or just mail it separately?

You can ask to have it withdrawn but really you don't need to do anything. Eventually you can just move forward on just the CR1/IR1 path. I would wait until the NVC to send anymore relationship evidence etc. Just give them what they want for the RFE and that's it.

Thanks I will just submit what they asked for in the RFE today. Hopefully will get quick approval after.

I would send in a withdrawal for the I-129F separately.

Yes you can include documents along with your RFE response (sideloading) and it may be included in your case file.
