-IRS tax transcript (recent or past three years), (paystubs and bank statement needed when you submit the W2 instead of tax transcript)

-copy of birth certificate/ passport

-I-864 form (I-864A is needed if the MIL's income will also be used for the AOS, hope someone can correct me)

- Past ITR/W2 is just optional. What they want to see are the petitioner and joint sponsor's most recent which is 2013 ITR/W2.

- FIL's and MIL's US passport/GC photocopy

- Your husband's birth certificate photocopy to show his relationship to the joint sponsor

- i864 for your husband

- i864 for FIL

- i864a for MIL

- MIL's 2013 W2
