What should I answer to this questions:"have u ever been removed,excluded,or deported from the U.S?"

Since I had a deportation order in 2008,but last year I found ab it,and I was able to remove it,and got a letter from the judge saying that my status was granted as a permanent resident.

Tomorrow I have my naturalization interview,and I need to answer corect to those questions .

I think u should say NO to that question. ... purely because the question asks if you have been removed/deported. .. but you weren't. .. youve always remained on US soil. So I would interpret that question literally. ...thats my two cents

It appears that Part Ten, Item Twenty-Six on the new forms refers to something else; but even if you could answer No to the question you raised above (and I think the right answer is No), you still have to contend with Items Thirty-Four and Thirty-Five:

34) Have you ever been ordered removed, excluded or deported from the United States?

35) Have you ever been placed in removal, exclusion, rescission or deportation proceedings from the United States?

I also forgot to mention that I was asked to leave US,because of overstaying...went back,file an i601,and got approved ...

I choose to say yes...hopefully,if I'm wrong I'll be fine!
