When to send I-134?

I am very confused as to when to send in the I-134. I have filed the petition and received notice that it is in initial review and has been accepted. Now, I'm a bit lost. Do I wait until I'm asked for it or just go ahead and send it in? Thank you!

You do not need to send I-134 for I-129F package. It only needed after your petition approved and your fiance has the interview at the US embassy.

I am just looked up to your timeline. Big apologize, but based on your information from the post, your I-129F is now in an initial review. If it is true, the way you filled out the timeline is not correct. NOA-2 means they approved your petition not when they accepted it.
