Hi! My sister arrived in the US last Feb. 14,2014 and until now she has ng received her welcome letter ans G red card in the mail. She already got her ss# though just after two weeks after she arrived. Thanks!

Did you pay the $165 fee on the USCIS Elis website? If you did that, have you logged in and checked the status of that?

What do you mean if I paid 165? We paid everything before she had interview in Manila. She is f2a

We paid $230 immigrant visa application fee at NVC

Last step is to pay $165 to uscis elis on or before going here in US for your green card, if you don't pay it you will not receive your actual green card..

Doesn't matter whether she is F2A or IR/CR. You need to pay $165 fee to get the actual green card.
