IIN and Case number NVC

Got the IIN and saw number from NVC., just received and email from NVC and got the case number and IIN., can we pay now?, we got a lawyer, my husband just went to the lawyer and the pocket still not with him., just thinking if we am pay already since and email from NVC send us the IIN and saw number to make the processing faster., is it ok if we'll pay it online or wait for the lawyer to receive the pocket., the 1st pocket was sent last march 18, just wondering how long will it be to the lawyer.,

Log on and find out if you are invoiced yet to pay. If its there you can pay whenever.

Pls make me understand, am also in NVC stage got my case number over the phone and on that same day got a hard copy from NVC too where I saw my i.d number,what other parkage re u still waiting for? Did u get a hard copy like me from NVC? Is that the parkage you re talking about?

In our case we got a lawyer and the lawyer will receive the 1st pocket., yesterday my husband went to the lawyer and the pocket still not there., actually I also don't know how Many pockets we still need to receive., sorry.,

Please read the NVC process Wiki here. When people say package they are talking about NVC telling them what we tell you here about getting your forms together. The first email (Package) after them giving you case# is about your AOS (I-864 forms and documents you need to gather). How to pay and all that.

You are wasting precious time and if you sit and wait for them. Everyone would already have forms filled out and ready before even getting to NVC so when they pay they can send off. Just thinking of delays. Review everything or you will be check-listed.

Read the wiki and keep your eye on the payment portal.

Please don't allow your lawyer to delay you. They will always wait for NVC to email or mail them. WHY! when you know what you need to do,. You have case # go to portal when you are invoiced pay the bill and send in documents. It could be weeks before that email gets to lawyer why are you waiting.

Please read the NVC Process Wiki. I don;t understand why people complain how slow things are yet wait for someone to do something that isn't necessary. You know whats in the packages. One is the case# (you have that you called I guess ), the next is your AOS and IV it may come together since you had a lawyer. But since you are on VJ and know all you have to do is logon. Your lawyer is an idiot and doesn't know this.

tell you what why not pay the bills (IV and AOS) when it shows up in portal don't tell the lawyer and see how long from paying he gets email. Report back.

Log in to ceac.state.gov and pay whatever fees are available, this is why I am against lawyers, they just delay the process, especially if your case is not the Out-of-the-ordinary case.
