I arrived there at St. Luke's around 7:30 AM then I got my result at around 4:30 pm. They only gave me two vaccine shots because they said that's what I only need. I was able to finish my medical exam just for one day.

I just didn't know what were the results of my medical exam because all that was handed to me was the vaccination worksheet,a CD and my receipt.

Does it mean, I ended up with a good result with my medical?

Yes, your medical is cleared! I also only had 2 vaccines, was not given HepB vaccine. Turns out it's only required for certain professions & health background, or so the nurse told me.

Thank you guys for taking time out to answer my question and to type such a nice message.

I was with my mom ( cause she insisted she'll go with me) and she was waiting for me outside the whole process. She was able to speak to few people who had their med exam and they said they've been there at around 3 am and it was a long line. I guess for those people who live within Metro Manila it would really be ideal to be there at around 7 am or 8 am so you don't have wait outside until St. Luke's opens.
