Welcome to the forum.

:guides: easily accessible at the top of the forum page, in particular the K-1 Guide (note the absence of any mention of any notarization requirement):

Part 4 of the Form I-129F petition is of more consequence than any notarization process.

Good luck on your visa journey.

The US citizen will be the petitioner and they will file the paperwork. The foreign fiance(e) provides a G-325A, letter of intent and passport photo for the I-129F petition. They need original signatures, but do not require notarization. Read the K-1 guide, flowchart and I-129F form instructions.

Research about the process and requirements for the consulate in which your K-1 visa interview will take place once the I-129F is approved.
