Thats easy the Interview. About 99.9% of people get their petitions approved. They either get RFE (request for more evidence), have errors but USCIS always approves them.

It's at interview the denials come. And not always approvals. And some denials can never be overcome, fixed. Game over!!

Yeah I'm starting to freak out now my husband said the hard part is over getting the I130 approved but I disagree I guess I'm just scared of the worst outcome what if the person interviewing isn't very nice ? My husband and I have been together two years that's like a lifetime for me <3 and I'm just anxious for him to be here ^-^

The issue isn't whether the interwer is nice or not. It is about whether they are professional, fair and look at the body of evidence in your casefile to make an impartial decision.

I can careless if they smile or not, or if they're nice or not. As long as they are NOT biase, or have no predisposition to thinking any case is fraudulent merely by the background of the visa applicant.
