Timeline
My spouse's interview date is set for the k-3 we had filed. My question is, is there anything I need to take with me for her documentation wise since I will happen to be there.

bring important documents that is needed during the interview such as:

-bank statement

-w2

-ITR latest or last 3 years

-Employment certificates

-Divorce decree if any

-snail mails

-pictures

I do not have W2 or employment certificate, would recent pay stubs be sufficient? I do not need I-864 right? I can do that when she comes here?

I'm sure you need the I-134 (could be the I-864) for her interview, you'll need it AGAIN for AOS, but you do need it now. Read the guides.

I'm sure you need the I-134 (could be the I-864) for her interview, you'll need it AGAIN for AOS, but you do need it now. Read the guides.

Thank you I got last year taxes and everything ready!! I fly soon so I cant ead :( I will when I get there!
