My wıfe wıll have her ıntervıew on Aprıl 29th. My parents fıled taxes and ı wıll prınt the ırs transcrıpts soon so that my wıfe can brıng ıt to consulate. Wıll they ask for petıtıoners tax transcrıpts even ıf he has no ıncome for 2013 year. My dad ıs the joınt sponsor and my mom completed ı-864A.

For the qualified sponsor, make sure either a tax return transcript of complete copy of the tax return are taken to the interview. For a petitioner with no or too little income to be required to file, no problem. Just explain they are not required to file because their income is too low.
