I filed I485, 2 months late.

Timeline

Well, I did it. What's the repercussions. A few things, I had a high speed car wreck Dec 23rd,. And really couldn't file. Let alone walk until the end of January. My 90 days was Jan 8, or Jan 24 , depending on what form you look at. And I ran into flu season and had to get the shots updated. With the Surgeon General. We were married within 30 days of entry. So I filed March 10th.

I'm 99% sure my forms are perfect.

There is no penalty for filing late. Just repercussions for being out of status. Once you get the NOA1 from the I-485 the immigrant will begin a new period of authorized stay, so you are good now.
