I last saw my fiance April 2012 and filed I-129F petition August 2013, Got approved Nov. 2013 and had my interview Feb. 20,2014. After my interview I was told that I need to submit additional documents. I sent it and received by the embassy March 7, 2014 so then my case status change into READY (case open) but since that day, It didn't update anymore.

My worry is that, the time that me and my fiance did not see each other for almost 2 years might cause my visa to be refused! I would really appreciate some opinions here and insight about my case. Thank you

The 2 year requirement is just prior to initially applying for the visa. No need to worry.

The two-year face-to-face meeting requirement applies at the time the petitioner files the I-129F petition. So, you have no problem.

All files are reviewed after the interview, this is AP, if there are no issues found it only lasts for a couple days most times, if they find something then all bets are off and you will need to be patient. Just keep checking the status and if it goes to ready again, watch for issued to follow.
