I've just had my interview and I was put for Administrative Processing. I now see the CEAC says my status as "Administrative Processing". Does it change after the AP is done? If so, it changes to what?

Yes, the status changes to ISSUED once the AP is done. You should also get a text message or email when your passport is ready to be picked up.

The problem is, they gave back my passport. So they can't issue anything until I mail the passport to embassy. Damn I hate this endless waiting.

Official info about 221g pending cases, the wait time is listed as 60 days for this

Refused Pending Administrative Processing

Some visa applications require further administrative processing, which takes additional time after the visa applicant’s interview by a consular officer. Applicants are advised of this requirement when they apply. Most administrative processing is resolved within 60 days of the visa interview. When administrative processing is required, the timing will vary based on individual circumstances of each case. Visa applicants are reminded to apply early for their visa, well in advance of the anticipated travel date.

When your case is pending administrative processing, you can check the status of your case online.

Use your CEAC barcode or case number and the location where your interview occurred to check the status of your case. Click on “Check My Visa Application Status.” If you received a 221g letter or were told your case requires further “Administrative Processing” this system will let you know if your case has been approved, requires more information, or is still being processed.

Thanks. I knew this way before they put me on AP and I'm checking my status every 5 minutes :P.

What was written in that white slip, because i had my interview today as well, they toke my passport and gave me a 221g white paper stating that you have missing documents first is medical certificate, which I have done it in Hamburg, but they still didn't send it to the embassy and the other one is fiance intent letter, which my fiance should request to re-validate our petition.
