part 3 i864 pls help

PART 3


1. I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in part 2


yes no (applicable only in cases with two joint sponsor



2. I am sponsoring the ff members immigrating at the same time or within 6 months of the principal named in Part 2. Do not include any relative listed on separate visa petition



which of this two should my husband tick? it should be line 1 right? coz for our 2 minors he would be filling up i864W.


but he will answer family member 1 and 2? is it right? but it says "DO NOT include....."


what will he answer in line 7? (1) ?



i864 pertains only to spouse right?


this will be the same answer as our co sponsor?



*husband is naturalized USC

i864 pertains only to spouse right? No. you will add other family member that are K2's

this will be the same answer as our co sponsor? I can't comment on co-sponsor as I have no knowledge on that question.
