Its an old Post but I'll answer it anyway.  K1 Beneficiaries cannot be added to your §8 grant if the Sponsor already has it at time of petition. The §8 grant will not increase because of the new household member nor can the beneficiary ever be added to or included in the §8 grant itself except for the purpose of reducing the §8 grant amount  because of his/her earnings. Again, the beneficiaries' earnings/income will count only toward reducing your monthly §8 benefit.  If the Sponsor receives §8 and then dies after marriage, the k1 Beneficiary-Spouse loses the §8 funding as it is non-transferable and dies with the Sponsor Recipient.  The §8 does not count toward income requirements for the 129f or AOS.  It is like that for everyone who marries while receiving §8 not just for immigrants.
