Does liberty mean anything to you?

Show me the article of the constitution that protects clothing covered genitalia from photography.

What about the liberty of the person who doesn't want or deserve to have their panties broadcast over the internet? Women do not "deserve" to have their panties exposed for wearing a skirt. I can't believe anyone would side with the skeevy, pathetic loser who would resort to stealing glances as a woman's undercarriage. They're human beings trying to live their life, not fap fodder for some pathetic lowlife. If you want to see up their skirt, ask them and live with their answer.

Sounds like you'd do well working for the religious police in Saudi Arabia.

All about consent. Its the individual's choice. There's a reason these guys aren't asking for permission, they wouldn't get it which means they should be able to do it.

There are no laws prohibiting the photography of people in public.

What you are doing is applying your sense of morality to carve out a narrow exclusion. You are acting as an agent of feminazi jihad.

There's a difference between taking a picture of some chick standing on the street and taking a picture up her skirt. Its not a narrow exclusion. At the very least, these guys should get their a$$ kicked.

An a$$ kicking I have no problem with. Saying you can take pictures of people in public from this angle but not that one, or of this body part but not that one.... that's retarded. And anti-liberty. And it reeks of the kind of hypocritical bs the religious right is known for, except this time it's coming from the feminazis. It's feminazi jihad. Say no to jihad. Or else the terrorists win.

Its stealing in my mind, you're taking something without permission of someone's private parts. Slip slope whatever, I'll never agree that you can run up, take a pic of some chicks private parts and then run off with no legal consequences.

Maybe its time to reevaluate people's rights when it comes to their body and pictures of it, especially women. whistling.gif

The crime is that women are allowed to be out in public, being women. If they knew what was good for them, they'd stay at home where only hubby can look up their skirt. Allowing women into the public sphere is the kind of moral decay that has destroyed this once-great nation.
