K1-Visa, beneficiary ID

Hello All,

Just wanted to check. Is there any ID required for my fiancé(beneficiary) when I submit my I-129F Package.

I don't see anywhere where I have to submit a copy of her ID(passport, Birth Cert, etc).

All im submitting is her info and pic.

Please Advise.

There isnt id require at this stage, the id are require at the interview.

But my fiance sent a copy of my passport , the bio page, that wasnt a problem.

If you're submitting any passport stamps as proof of having met in the last 2 years you'll want to add a copy of the bio page as well. On it's own I don't think it's necessary, she'll need her birth certificate for the interview.

The only thing needed from the beneficiary is: signed G-325A form with passport photo, and signed letter of intent to marry.

Uh oh. That could be a problem. I really don't know, but if I were you I'd email the US embassy in her country and ask what they would accept as a substitute. I hope someone else can help you more.

If you do not have her birth certificate, copy every page of her passport, including front and back covers. That'll work.

She is the beneficiary. For the I-129F, you do not need her birth certificate. You do not need her passport.

Her birth certificate and passport she will need later in the process.
