NVC package IV Confusion

Hi,

We have just entered into the NVC stage(got approval 405 days back) , still waiting for the package.I have been reading the forums and am confused w.r.t package IV ,

1.Do i have to mail the package , OR my wife who is in INDIA has to post it ? OR take it with her for interview

2.One form requirement is her signature as mentioned in one of the forums? as both the forms are online ? is it needed ?

Hello,

You shouldnt be waiting for the package....you should be calling the NVC (603.344.0700) and asking for your NVC case number and invoice number...

Then going to the CEAC website.... have her do a choice of agent (DS261), you paying your AOS fee ($88) once its paid...mailing in your AOS and supporting documents...then once avaialble pay IV fee ($230)...fill out DS 260 and mail in supporting documents.....the DS 260 is done online and she'll "sign" it online....

and either you or she can mail in supporting documents...but you being in the States...makes it easier...

the nvc's number is 603.334.0700...sorry...

I don't see that you were approved 405 days back as you only filed in May 2013....

@NLR: Yes , i did not apply 405 days back, there must be a mistake when i filled up the post.Thanks .
