Hello guys

I was expecting CC as its already been a month after submitting AOS packet.

Its asking for a new form and it has mentioned multiple things to be done which we have already did.

Anybody in the same situation? Please help me.

USCIS Stage

05/22/2013- I-`30 Sent

05/24/2013 - Priority Date

05/29/2013- NOA 1 Hardcopy Received

09/09/2013 - Transfer Notice: VSC to NSC

11/06/2013 - NOA2- Approved

11/08/2013 - Case Shipped to NVC

11/11/2013 - NOA2 Hardcopy Received

NVC Stage

12/18/2013- Received Case Number & IIN (Recieved on phone: 12/17/2013)

12/19/2013- DS-261 generated & filled

12/20/2013- AOS fee bil generated & paid

12/24/2013- IV Pakcet fee bill generated

12/26/2013- IV Packet fee paid

01/04/2014- DS-260 filled & submitted online

02/04/2014 - AOS Packet sent

01/15/2014 - IV Packet Sent

02/08/2014 - Received FALSE Checklist

03/03/2014 - Received Checklist for AOS

But i.m not able to understand whether to resend sponsor form of petitioner or joint sponsor's form?

Hello guys

yes same with us so what we did so that we will not get another checklist we already put the 2013 income and 2013 tax return. hope we will be done with the nvc. its soooooo stressful.

In part 3- checked YES as you are only the immigrant

In part 6- if your husband dont have need other household income you dont need to fill up 6a to 9c. Just fill the item 10 box it seems that you need to sum up all lines from 5 to 9c.

Filling I 864 again due to checklist. Form is not accepting N/A and showing that only letter,0 and hyphen accepted. So can we write only NA without using '/'? Is it ok?
