Hi there im going through london embassy if our petition is accepted

Check this thread its my previous one has a checklist for everything we have

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/483565-my-checklist-i129f/#entry6856053

We were wondering if we should include 2 months worth of facdbook and skype logs we dont use anything else to communicate apart from snapchat.

We got together in october last year we think putting ongoing relationship evidence from dec 30th to date of filing would be acceptable ?

Can someone clarify this or just by looking at our checklist is that sufficient to avoid the dredded RFE we have heard about :P

And can someone also clarify whether on the i129f in the boxes which are not applicable to us such as children or prior spouses and other names it is correct of us to put "none" or NA .

Many thanks again for everyones help without this site wed be lost haha :P

My fiance and I chose to send less than 20 pages that selected from our first talking online in 2008 to 2013 from YouTube, email, Google chat, Skype, and Skype subscription when filed I-129F back in August 2013.

The reason we put our first communication on YouTube as evidence of relationship was because on the I-129F form ask "declaration how we met" and those chats described how it was in details. For the boxes that not applied for us, we left those in blank. We did not encounter any problem like an RFE and we got approved in 38 days. Good luck!

Answer none or NA as required. Look at the Example Forms.

No, the new G325A only needs the one copy.

Did you read the I-129F instructions?

How To Fill Out Form I-129F

3. Answer all questions fully and accurately. If an item is not applicable or the answer is none, leave the space blank.

You are reading some very old material if you are looking for 4 part G-325As or think they want all spaces filled with N/A or None. Go over the current instructions published by the USCIS. http://www.uscis.gov/i-129f

Brilliant thankyou and yes I did read the new instructions however google searching threw in some oddities so confused me a little as to what exactly is required but thankyou for your help :)

Well back in 2008, we did have 4 identical G-325As like old fashioned carbon copies. You filled out the first online and it populated all four. Weird really. And our instructions did say use N/A or None. Some of the newer forms generate a barcode, so maybe that extra stuff clutters their design. No clue. But check each form instruction you fill out for immigration because some may still say leave no blanks if they are a little older.
