How long after RFE Response?

Hello,

We reply to an RFE (for a legible copy of a Divorce Decree) 3 weeks ago and it is still in "Response Review" on the USCIS website.

I wonder if something is wrong as people tend to get a quick NOA2 after responding to an RFE. I know that they have up to 60 days anyway to revert to us but it is really nerve-wracking to wait. Are they going through all our petition docs again or are they just checking the RFE response?

Could people share their own experience after responding to an RFE?

Probably nothing wrong.

2. Q -- I know that they have up to 60 days anyway to revert to us but it is really nerve-wracking to wait.

Stay busy and try to think of other things.

3. Q -- Are they going through all our petition docs again or are they just checking the RFE response?

The USCIS is notoriously inefficient and there is no way to know exactly what they do and when for any petition until they choose to respond.

4. Q -- Could people share their own experience after responding to an RFE?
