Hi all just have a couple questions

Do the back of photographs need a signature from all people in the photo

How would we copy a check to put it into the copies of the original document that we send to the USCIS

Is it essential to have photos with friends of my girlfriend in the states or will photos of just me and her be acceptable

Also one question about the medical ecamination

How extensive is it and am I likely to be refused a visa for having back pain/problems and athsma

I have no history of drug abuse however I do smoke I am trying to quit though also getring vaccinations done on the NHS what vaccinations will I need ? :)

Many thanks for anyone who replies :) and sorry for it being a long winded set if questions haha.

1. definitely not. I don't think its even required to have any signatures, just the names of those in the photo.

the guides say this: "Color Photo's of you and your fiance(e) together. Make sure you write your names, date, and location on the back of every photo. Provide two to five photo's. If you only have a single copy of the photo, then make a color copy and send that. If it is a digital photo, have it printed at a local photo store such as Walgreens (if at all possible) or if not on a high quality printer. Place photo's in a plastic bag or photo sheet and label the sheet. Note that you may not receive originals of photo's back."

2. why would you take a copy of the check? that is unnecessary since you will be able to track the payment with your bank account if need be... which i doubt the need will ever be.

3. photos of just you and her are all that are required.

4. are you the petitioner or the beneficiary? I HIGHLY doubt any of those things would cause a failure. I'm not sure on the vaccination part.

Write the date and places (where the photo are taken) at the back of the photos will do.

Scan the check and print it out?

Have a variety of photos, showing both of you together with friends, family, or just the 2 of you are ok too.

For medical examination, check out the UK forum for more specific information.

I don't think you will be denied because of back pain/problems and asthma.

Post # 3 is all about the medical

Smoking, asthma, and back pain will not be grounds for refusing a visa. Read the thread. It will help you for the next part more than asking in the K1 general forum.
