Hi everyone.

My AP has been pending since nov 26th, so it has been 93 days now. Im planning to go to Finland soon becuase we would have our wedding there, so this is really stressful.

We called them on Monday, they said NBC is processing applications from nov 22nd. We called again today and they said they are still looking at the applications from the 22nd?? Really????

This is really frustrating!!!

Have you also applied for an EAD? If so, have you received it? Usually the EAD and AP are sent as a combo card, that's why I am asking.

They have 90 days from the NOA date to process the EAD (unless an RFE is issued). So since it seems like you are over this 90 day deadline already, I would definitely give them a call and inquire.
